Can I actually put an ad on someone else’s website and anyone visiting that website will see my ad? Even if they did a search and found that website via google or do I have to share my vidskippy link for people to actually see my ad?

So when a random person visits youtube.com and clicks on a video your ads are there?

Or do you need to forward people to a new link to you youtube with the ad?

I am confused how it works…
